A bit more accomplished on the Asian inspired quilt. I’ve had stitching ideas for some of the areas but others have come about/gelled as this has progressed. The 4 areas containing this motif are filled in (no, I didn’t do the background cuz it just didn’t tell me that was what would ‘work’)…………………………. This odd stitching echoes the stitching I did in the spheres that are visible in the upper left corner of the photo. Since this picture is just a snippet, the full effect this section has on the whole cannot really be felt. You are just going to have to trust me……..really! This more ‘mod’ motif has the same ‘feel’ as some of the “Sashiko” quilting motifs I’ve done in the past. I am really in love with how this is turning out!!! It won’t be too long, now, promise……………………………………

I really like the different shapes on this quilt. I can imagine it will look wonderful when you can see the whole thing. I am sure it will feel so nice to touch.
It is coming along nicely!!! The true test is when the client sees it, hmmmmm???? LOL!
I am sure the client will be very pleased with it. After all when a top is quilted by someone else you have to trust their choice of FMQ patterns otherwise you wouldn’t get it done by them. 😉
My thoughts exactly, but (I’ve discovered) some really don’t when their $$$ is involved………interesting.
I do like the “horseshoe” type swirls you did on the right side…very interesting.
It is beautiful as always!!!! I am always amazed…..always.
This one I’m lovin’!
Awaiting your finished project and of course nothing but trust. Blessings Always, Mtetar
Some “traditional” and some not so much.
