To a story, and a challenge, presented in this post. The challenge quilts’ votes will be tallied this coming Sunday and the winner notified (the top 3 vote getters will get shop certificates in the amounts of $50, $25 & $15). Friend, Carol, and I trekked back to the shop in Prairie du Chien yesterday morning to see the entrants…….11 in all (out of the 47 possible who had been given the cute little pattern challenge). Here are the “contestants”…………

Each one is so individual it’s amazing! #6 is heavily embroidered (this is THE year to get your embroidery software dusted off!!!). In case you don’t remember, mine is #9 and Carol’s is #10. We had the distinct impression that, as of this point, #6 is in the lead (not all the votes were folded tightly!!! LOL!!!!). I’ll let you all know next week……..it’ll allow some time to let the tension/excitement build!!!!! LOL!!!!! Til then………….
