A follow-up with a different perspective……….

Yup, that’s what this post is. Last month I attended an awesome morning workshop with the ever-so-talented Judi Madsen/”Green Fairy Quilts” (see that post here). Her sis, Amy, helped out in many ways. One was taking photos of US while Judi was inspiring us mightily!!!!!

You may read more about Judi’s teaching time in St. Louis Park/Minneapolis in her recent blog post here. Please, hop over to her blog…….it contains a wealth of fmq ideas and her virtual/on-line store is always a source of fabulous fabric & notions treats (ask me how I know this!!!!!!)!

OK then How do you know about Judi’s on-line store. LOL. I bet you had a great time at the workshop. Her blog is well worth a look. Thank you for the link.

I came across her blog years ago and bought her book (Quilting Wide Open Spaces), from her so I could get a signed copy!, and discovered her quilting style and mine are similar. I say “similar” cuz her creativity is off-the-hook crazy amazing!!! AND she is so sweet!!! The prices on her pre-cuts are excellent and, here in the US, there’s the free shipping!!!!

So glad you were able to attend the class…I know the FMQ info was right down your way. Books are wonderful but hands-on classes are the best. Hugs your way…
