Another use!!!!!!!!………………

For an accessory for Ms Sweetie!!!!! Yup, friend, Laura (in the Fb group “Sit-down FMQ)” alerted me to a video that was posted in that group  about using the ‘new’ couching foot for the SS (Sweet 16) and, knowing that I had just posted about the “Glide Foot,” thought that just maybe my new foot would make the couching process possible, also. She was so right!!!!!!

IMG_4647  The yarn I chose found was a fairly bulky, but quite soft, yarn that I had made some fingerless mitts from a couple of years back………….

. IMG_4648  Well, since I had just completed a client’s quilt, I thought I deserved some fun time and this just ‘fit the bill’!!!!!!

IMG_4649  Although far from “perfect”, it sure opens up a whole new world of possibilities, dontcha think???????

Now, I just “need” to pick up some ‘fun’ yarn to play with!!!!!! Hehehehehe…………………………

I have been tempted to do some couching too. Love how yours turned out!

This use was suggested by a Fb friend as another use for a specialty foot. I was really hesitating on that purchase but I knew I wanted the “Glide Foot” for my vintage pieces/appliqued tops. So thankful for all those who “think outside the box”!!!!!!! Hey….please, stop by again!!! Sending snowy hugs (the “green” is still showing through the white powder, however!!!!! LOL!!)
