Some business and on to sharing. Disclaimer: I forgot my camera so I had to rely on my cell. Photo quality very marginal, but you will get a feel for the creativity, I’m sure!

First up, a “Mock Mola Applique” technique workshop attended by some of the gals (presented by the Rio Grande Valley Quilt Guild on Jan. 9) resulted in these 2 finishes….

Next, a couple of donation quilts……

FullSizeRender (15) A super cute purse made by this gal’s daughter for her!

FullSizeRender (8) A “fidget quilt” made, as a donation, for a memory care facility.

FullSizeRender (12) This gal’s crochet hook never rests!!!!!!

FullSizeRender (14) Yup, another apron from a man’s dress shirt. The pockets are the sleeve cuffs, opened up and buttoned to a button (center) on the front placket…..genius!!!!
