  1. What fun. But I gotta say those palm trees look really odd. I’ve never seen one in person. They appear to provide a touch of green, but about zero shade.

Yup…..strictly for appearance!!!!!!! They line the avenues in some places and are in all the RV/Resort parks (really easy to spot all the parks!!!!!!). Definitely something that has been specially planted!!!

What a fun afternoon. How jealous I am of the lovely warm sun and T shirt clad folk walking about. 🙂

DH, especially, is lovin’ our stay here. I think/know he’s had this dream for a very long time. BUT, don’t get me wrong…….this warmth is perfect for stiff bones!!! LOL!!!!!

Your weather has been quite something!!! I know this is a pathetic statement but…….it’s reeeeeelly hard to get any stitching done with the beautiful temps just outside the door (please, don’t hate me…………)!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I’ve never seen a golf cart parade before, but this looks like it was a blast! With a perfect ending 🙂

Oh what fun, yes our beautiful spell of warm weather has been the best. However, I’m a bit concerned as it’s been too warm for this time of year. Hoping that doesn’t mean we’re going to have another scorcher for the summer. I’m ready to head to the coast myself for some R&R…if only.

We haven’t been to the island recently but know that temps there have been lovely in the 70s……we head there for the RGV quilt event at the convention center. Should be great!!!!!!
