Where: In Finland in Joroinen. Joroinen is small municipality and the distance from Helsinki is 302 km / 188 mi. There are three main things from which Joroinen is known in Finland. 1. Music Festivals in July. 2. It is called with humor “Paris de Savonia”. Savonia is the name of province where it is situated. 3. Finntriathlon Joroinen. Why it is called “Paris de Savonia”. Because there are many old manors on this area and people used to speak Swedish and French. Probably the most famous person who have visited in “Paris de Savonia”, in the 1980s was President of the French Republic Valéry Giscard d’Estaing.
Where, more closely: In Joroinen at the service station called Jari-Pekka. This service station chain has exceptional idea, because they do not sell alcohol and tobacco.

Houston (MN) was yarn-bombed a couple of years ago……the library building, flag poles, adjacent green-space/trees/tables/chairs, fire hydrant, drinking fountain(at the curb)! FUN!!!!!
