It’s “Rhubarb Season”…………….

I don’t always “jump on the bandwagon” when it comes to Fb shared recipes but this one kinda jumped out at me……………….Rhubarb pudding cake has a delicate sugar crust, and rich pudding bottom.  It's easy to make using fresh or frozen rhubarb, and can also be made gluten free.  Doesn’t that look wonderful???? I’m here to confirm that it definitely is!!! Note……. I made one change addition! To the sugar/cornstarch mixture/topping, I added 1/2 box of dry strawberry gel……..yum! I would venture that 3 cups of cut rhubarb would be ok, too……..I stuck with the amount given this go ‘round. Enjoy!!!!!!

    Thanks Doreen, I ran out of eggs & didn’t know what to bake for the Monday quilt gang. Our rhubarb plant is doing great, so, I think I’ll try this one, tonight.😊

    Looks yummy, I’ll have to try this one. I baked a Rhubarb cake today from my Rhubarb at the cabin… also very good
