Another client quilt. Who doesn’t just LUV a blue & white piecing?? A pristeen, simple “Trip Around the World” setting. All prepped to be basted (Sharon Schamber’s method).
Do you see those gorgeous paisleys??? Yup, another fave!!!!
This will be an e2e (edge to edge) stitching and, I’m just sure, it will have some of these lovely swirl figures somewhere. Stay tuned………. Note: the bridal gown alteration is complete. A tiny take-in at the very top of the bodice, 7 hem layers and 4 bustle loops and buttons.

Great quilt! Love a blue and white combo.
Every time you post a quilt of blue and white, I almost drool. such a lovely color combo!
I know what you mean! The blue/white (and red/white) has such universal appeal!!!
Such a pretty quilt! I learned the Schamber basting method a bit ago and I will never baste any other way–it’s brilliant!
I can’t believe how easy it is to get the fabric grain lines perfectly straight!!!! Especially helpful with those beautifully pieced backings that I seem to get so many of!!!!
Less is definitely more, this this brilliant.
I may just have to buy some tickets for this raffle!!!! LOL!
I love it!
I’d guess it is a real relief to be back at quilting. Love the blue and white.
Me too! Blue/white has had a prominent place in our home for years!!!
What is it about blue and white quilts? I’ve never met one I disliked – this one is gorgeous! That paisley fabric is awesome. Glad you have the bridal gown done – that was quite an alteration.
It was…..especially, since I don’t do that many any more and have gotten somewhat out of the groove!!! LOL!
