How can you go wrong with…………

Red and white?????? I mean….really!!!!! IMG_7607    This was an orphan block (from this quilt) that cried out for attention!! Stitched from a Missouri Star Pattern (Disappearing Pinwheel pattern, versions 3&4)…..quick, easy!! The pillow “envelope is simply done by cutting & hemming 2 pieces of coordinating fabric that generously overlapped for the back.IMG_7612 IMG_7608    A great opportunity to practice those FMQ designs you’ve been dreaming of!!!! This was quilted on my Juki 2010Q with Connecting Threads Essential Pro poly (70 wt) in both top and bobbin.

Maybe you have an orphan block that’s in need of a little TLC that would be that perfect gift!!!???!!!! Let’s go look……………………………..

Very seasonal. You certainly can’t leave an orphan block all alone at Christmas. You have really made it smile. 🙂

  4. I think I need to learn how to make a pillow “envelope.” Instructions anywhere?

Not a “oops” but brilliant(ha!) minds run along the same paths, hmmmmm?????? There’s absolutely nothing like a red/white quilt……..except, maybe, a blue/white!!!!!!!!!
