FOOD!!!!! LOL! Yup…..and the breakfast yesterday was so excellent! It was omelets with a “camping” twist. Maybe some of you are familiar with the technique…..take 2 eggs and crack them into a Zip-Lock quart bag that has been sprayed with cooking spray/oil. “Moosh” them about a bit to break up and add your fave omelet ingredients: browned sausage, bacon, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, salsa, cheese, etc. Securely close the bag…**squeezing out all the air you can!!!!!!
Place the bag into boiling water for 13 minutes
and you have a wonderful breakfast. Just add toast, etc.
Sorry for no “after” shots of the plate, as its contents disappeared faster than it took to create!!!!!!

My nieces prepared this type of breakfast for us at a family reunion. I was amazed. How many bags can go in a pot at once?
6 to 8 in a large pot. The important thing is not to crowd them so that the boiling water can’t reach all sides of the bags.
I have not heard of that way for making omelets
I had seen a spot done on TV about this but not done it until this group did it last year. There’s no end to the creativity in this recipe!!!!!
You got that right! Thanks for the breakfast recipe. I haven’t has this one yet. It looks interesting!
You take care.
Let me know if you do try it!!! It is kinda amazing how well it turns out!!!!
that sounds like a great idea!
I bet it was good.
It sure was! I can’t wait to do this with the great-grands!!!!!
