This one was harder to piece than quilt as far as I am concerned. Lots of sizes and shapes to fit together, but it did turn out as it was supposed to! I am sorry to miss the meeting but hoping someone will take lots of pictures and post them for all to see. HINT HINT

LOL!!! Hmmmmmm…..I’ll see if “someone” will have a camera along…….. I could see from the get-go that cutting ..AND LABELING each piece immediately….would simplify the final assembly. The only thing that occurred is that the 9-patch blocks are “floating” in their block rather than a seam right at the block points when I added the yellow triangles. It needed to happen (I think) cuz my 9-patch came out undersized somehow (I sew with a scant 1/4″ s.a.!!!) and the squaring to 10.5″ necessitated the extra space. Did yours come out that way??? Sandwiching & beginning the quilting today.

The top has ended up very spring like. The backing great for summer. Good choices.
