From last week’s post here, I am continuing on this small linen piece. The size is more “card table” cloth size, 45”x45”, with a small lace edging and sweet embroidery in the 4 corners. As you can see, the center has no embroidery and is wide open to accept tons of fmq!!!!! There has been a little progress for me to share…………..
More to come…………….

This is beautiful!! Sure looks like Free Motion Fabulous to me 🙂 I have a coupl eof small pieces of embroidery I’d like to do this with but haven’t gotten up the courage yet!
Oh, Raewyn!!! You would be awesome!!!! It’s such fun. Just look at the piece and see if there’s a motif or theme that could be expanded to a fmq design …….and go for it!!!!!!
Wonderful. No other word for it.
I’ll accept that but add to it “FUN”!….LOL! Hugs…
The hosta thing in the middle is so alive, very nice, Doreen!
Thank you, Kathy!!!!
D > Awesome. The term FMQ emphasises the machine, whereas in fact the technique is all about creativity and skill.
Thank you! And, may I add FUN!!! (FMF=Free Motion Fun) Hugs………….
