Yup….it’s “that” time of year. You know…..when projects take on an air of secrecy til THE day is upon us. “They” say ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’. I’m not sure that that many words are appropriate in this case, but here’s the little peek………….

This may be as close as I get to seeing a moose, Ha. It’s on my bucket list to see a real moose, it’s just not happening.
We were on our way from Duluth to Ely (on Hwy 2???)…on motorcycle!!!!!!……..when one of those HUGE beasts was seen in the ditch alongside of us. It proceeded to trot(!) along as we tried to gain some type of speed on that “snake trail” highway. I think it was almost tall enough to ride under its tummy!!!!! Definitely intimidating!!!!!
Perfect theme for Minnesota. Anything buffalo plaid wins with me.
Me, too! And that’s the reason for the purchase……then came the realization that it would in no way ‘fit’ in our place!!!!! The joy of making it lies ahead……………………..ha!
Seeing your sneak preview has kick started my planning for those small gifts that I always think will wait another day. Thanks i must get started right now. 😉
I hope you did get started……although I “say” I work better under pressure, it’s not always as much fun/pleasurable as having real time to do them! sigh………….LOL!
