One more……………….

Languishing kit is well on its way to a ‘finish’. The meager pattern, with accompanying fabric, was purchased so many years ago—-not even sure of the year! IMG_1338 Without any type of photo, (and without access to an EQ program…must check into that!) and all pieces being 1 yard, it was a challenge to balance/visualize the possibilities. One pieceIMG_1339 was decidedly too light/bright for my taste and was tossed in favor of a favoriteIMG_1340 which became the block frames and inner border (which was another “option” I thought was needed). The top finished at 54”x70”. A nice lap or dorm size.IMG_1335 (2) I’ll be taking it home to quilt as supplies here in Texas have somewhat dwindled.

On to the next UFO……………….

Oh I really like that one, Doreen! Could it be because of the red? You did a great job figuring out meager directions from the looks of it. Don’t hurry home. The weather looks horrific in your neck of the woods.

The weather has been historically awful in this storm. The whole area (SE MN, west central WI, NE IA) having serious power outages cuz of snapped power poles/lines down. We lost a few pine branches in our yard, don’t know about the surrounding woods.
