Happy Thanksgiving!!

At this moment, it looks more like Christmas….a bit blizzard-y and a whole lot of heavy wet snow on the ground. No power at the moment…..heading to Texas soon!!!

Thank you for the well wishes and I hope yours was a good day, also. The power outage was extremely wide-spread. Heavy wet snow on leaf-laden trees with high winds (40mph+ gusts) made for a very unpleasant time of repairs for the power company!
The days are passing by so quickly!!! Our landscape just gets whiter as the snow continues to fall……….we will definitely have our “taste of winter” before our exit!!!!! LOL!

After our winter so far, Texas sounds good. Happy Thanksgiving! Stay warm.

  3. The picture is beautiful. So nice and cozy looking, but then we donโ€™t have any snow here in Maine yet. But……. since we live in Maine sure do have a wood stove. Cont beat sitting nearby sipping tea and finishing the hand binding on quilts during a storm. Have a safe trip and a wonderful holiday. Carla B.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. Have a safe trip and enjoy the warmer weather. We are about 45 right now but supposed to get colder overnight, no snow just nice green grass.
