A few more little projects………

That are truly “must-repeats”! I first made these way back here and just had to make more!!!! IMG_1573 This time I was able to hold everything in place using these Clover Wonder Clips, which made the process so much easier. IMG_1579IMG_1574 For the lining, I made a quick trek to our local “dollar store” (today’s version of yesterday’s “dime store”….lol!) and picked up a flannel-backed vinyl tablecloth.IMG_1577 IMG_1580I didn’t use batting in these pouches as I thought the flannel added enough padding and the vinyl part would be a good idea if the pouch was used for, say, cosmetics. Easily wiped clean. IMG_1575

Well……it’s “Black Friday” and the shoppers have descended on the various venues, but not for this person!! Shopping is definitely not my “thing”. It’s 30F outside and snowing (with a little drizzle mixed in!) and really looks more like Christmas!!! IMG_1583IMG_1584IMG_1585 A busy weekend ahead and the next week is one of getting ready to head south. Off to start the day………..

What a great idea to reuse those bags! Using the flannel backed tablecloth is genius. Happy packing…looks like you’ll have better weather for the trip south.

  2. Your candy bags are fantastic!!! I think sewing is way better than shopping😊❤️❤️
