Part 2: Ideas emerging……………..

For this Drunkard’s Path piecing…. For more on this, see my previous post. I did a bit of sketching that resulted in this design…….I’m putting a vintage doily in the center (of the center…lol) so a diamond grid stitching will work well under it (to “tame the poof”) and a feather motif surrounding it………..I think I’ll go with it.

My French curve templates came in handy once again…. Back to stitching. The temps are back at the “toasty” level so the A/C is most lovely! Have a great weekend, Friends……….till next time……….
